Welcome to Qualify Craft, a qualification-focused learning platform offering practical exercises on qualifycraft.pro. By accessing our website or enrolling in any offering, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, please do not proceed with enrollment or purchase.

2. Services

Qualify Craft provides instructor-led workshops, coaching sessions and online training tailored to skill development. Details and scheduling are provided at the time of enrollment. Fees for these offerings must be paid in full prior to commencement.

3. Info Products

Our info products include video collections, e-books and tutorials designed for self paced study. Access is granted via user credentials. All content remains the property of Qualify Craft.

4. Physical Goods

We sell supplementary materials such as printed workbooks and toolkits. All orders are processed and dispatched to the address provided during checkout. Title and risk pass upon delivery.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar. Payment must be received by the dates specified in your order confirmation. Delayed payment may result in cancellation of enrollment or shipment.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General overview: If you wish to request a refund, please contact us promptly via the contact form. Each request will be reviewed according to the type of offering.

6.2 Services: You may request a refund up to five calendar days before the scheduled start date. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within fifteen business days. You may also choose to transfer your enrollment to a future session at no additional charge if notification is made at least three days in advance.

6.3 Info Products: If fewer than ten percent of the modules have been accessed within seven days of purchase, you are eligible for a partial refund of up to fifty percent of the fee. No refund is available after more than ten percent of content has been accessed, as materials have been consumed.

6.4 Physical Goods: If unopened, goods may be refunded when sent back within fourteen days of delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and the item must remain in original condition. Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen business days after we receive the item.

6.5 Non-refundable offerings: Certain premium packages or bulk workshop bookings may be marked as non refundable at the time of purchase. Such designations will be clearly stated during checkout and confirmed on your order confirmation. These items are non refundable due to the tailored resources allocated.

7. Modification, Cancellation and Transfer

Modifications to your enrollment or order must be submitted via the contact form. We will accommodate schedule changes or address updates whenever possible, subject to availability and at our discretion. Cancellation of any offering may affect eligibility under the refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qualify Craft’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our offerings is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kuwait City.
